Who We Are

This policy covers fraustosmexicanfood.com and our online store, run by Fraustos, doing business as Frausto's Mexican Food ("Frausto's", "we", "us"), a family-owned company in Paramount, California.

What We Collect

Information you give us

• When you order: your name, email, phone number, shipping and billing address, and your order details.
• When you sign up for emails (for example, the "bring the flavor to the table" discount): your email address.
• When you contact us by email, phone or text: what you send us.

Information collected automatically

• Device and usage details such as your browser, device type, pages viewed and the site that sent you, collected by our website host and our store.
• Cookies and similar tools. Our store uses cookies to run the cart and checkout. Our website saves small notes in your browser (local storage) to remember your cart and whether you already got our discount code.
• Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people use, so we can improve the site. It sets cookies (named _ga and _ga_PYWLECCYSR) that recognize a returning browser. It does not receive your name, email or order details. Payment information

Payments are handled by Shopify and its payment partners. We never see or store your full card number.

How We Use It

• To process, ship and support your order, including order and shipping updates.
• To answer your questions.
• To send marketing emails, only if you sign up. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• To give and apply discount codes you request.
• To keep our site and store secure and working, and to understand what's working so we can improve it.
• To follow the law and protect our rights.

Who We Share It With

We share information only with companies that help us run the business, and only what they need:

• Shopify - our store, cart, checkout and payments, and our email list and emails for people who sign up.
• Vercel - hosts our website.
• Google (Google Analytics) - measures visits to our website. Google's advertising features are turned off, so this data is not used for ads.
• Shipping carriers - to deliver your order.

We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect people's safety, or if the business is sold or merged.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Your Choices

• Emails: click "unsubscribe" in any email, or email us.
• Cookies: you can block or delete cookies in your browser. The cart and checkout may not work without them.
• Analytics: to stop Google Analytics measuring your visits, install Google's opt-out browser add-on, or block cookies in your browser.
• Do Not Track: our site does not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals, because there is no common standard for them yet.

Your California Privacy Rights

If you live in California, you can ask us:

• what personal information we have about you and how we use and share it,
• to correct it,
• to delete it (unless we must keep it, for example for tax records of your order),
• not to sell or share it (we don't).

To ask, email or call us using the details below. We will confirm your request and answer within 45 days. We won't treat you differently for using these rights. Residents of other states with similar privacy laws can make the same requests.

How Long We Keep It

We keep order records as long as we need them for your order, taxes and accounting. We keep your email on our list until you unsubscribe.

Security

We use trusted providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No website is 100% secure, so please keep your account details private.

Children

Our site is not meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you think a child has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

Changes to This Policy

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the date at the top. For big changes, we'll put a notice on our site.
