About These Terms

fraustosmexicanfood.com and our online store are run by Fraustos, doing business as Frausto's Mexican Food, in Paramount, California. Our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy are part of these terms.

Orders

• You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order.
• Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we ship it. We may refuse or cancel an order (for example, if an item is out of stock, a price was listed by mistake, or we suspect fraud). If we cancel, we'll refund you in full.
• Checkout and payment are handled by Shopify. Their terms also apply to the checkout.

Prices and Products

Prices are in U.S. dollars and can change at any time. Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies. We try to describe and picture our products accurately, but photos show serving ideas and may not match exactly what you receive. Serving counts are estimates.

Discounts and Promotions

• Discount codes are limited to one per customer unless we say otherwise, can't be combined with other offers unless we say so, have no cash value, and can't be applied to past orders.
• The email sign-up discount (including the "bring the flavor to the table" offer) is for new subscribers and first orders only. It takes 10% off and can't be combined with other discount codes.
• We may change or end any promotion at any time, and we may cancel codes that are misused or shared publicly.

Food Safety and Allergens

• Please read the ingredient list and allergen information on the pouch before cooking, especially if you or your guests have food allergies.
• Follow the cooking directions on the pouch, handle raw meat safely, and cook meat to a safe temperature following USDA guidelines.
• Store the sauce as the pouch directs, and don't use it after its date or if the pouch is damaged or swollen.
• Our sauces contain sulfites and MSG. Check the full ingredient list on the product page and the pouch before you cook.

Using Our Site

Please don't misuse the site, try to break its security, or use it for anything unlawful. The Frausto's name, logo, photos, recipes and text on this site belong to us. You're welcome to share links and posts, but please don't copy our content for commercial use without asking.

Our site links to Instagram, TikTok and other sites we don't control. Their terms and privacy policies apply there.

Emails and Texts

If you sign up for emails, you agree to get marketing emails from us, and you can unsubscribe at any time. If you text us (for example, to ask when a sold-out sauce is back), we'll only reply to you about that request. Message and data rates may apply.

Disclaimers and Limits

We work hard to keep the site accurate and running, but it's provided "as is," and we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. To the fullest extent the law allows, Frausto's isn't liable for indirect or unexpected damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order involved. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that can't be limited.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by California law. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts of Los Angeles County, California, unless the law requires otherwise. Please contact us first - most problems are easy to fix.

Changes

We may update these terms. The new version applies once it's posted here, with the date at the top. Orders already placed follow the terms in place when you ordered.
