Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses in California only. We can't ship to other states or outside the U.S. yet.

Processing and Ship Days

We ship orders once a week, every Wednesday (not counting holidays). The sauce is fine at room temperature, so it doesn't need to stay cold on the way.

Delivery Times

Most orders arrive in 5 to 7 days. Carriers sometimes run late around holidays or bad weather, and those delays are out of our hands.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is free on every order within California. It's already included in our prices, so there's nothing extra to pay at checkout.

How Your Sauce Ships

Your pouches arrive in lightweight, flexible packaging. When it arrives, keep it in the fridge. Storage and shelf life are on the pouch.

Tracking

When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link.

Local Pickup

Not offered right now.

Address Problems

Please double-check your address at checkout. If a package comes back to us because of a wrong or incomplete address, we'll reach out to resend it, and you may need to cover the new shipping cost.
